My Experience
A Brief History
Since 2005 I have been a strategy consultant working with digital consultancies, innovation studios, global enterprises, and a Silicon Valley tech giant.
I have helped my clients identify specific challenges and to deliver meaningful change that has helped them transform their business.
Based in London, my work has often taken me to Europe and the US and I am equally happy travelling and working onsite or remotely.
Recent Work - Independent Consultant
Working with Lida on O2, I tackled a tricky brief in the form of what is the strategic role of content? An entirely new business model was proposed, that tipped upside down the prevailing view of content and how we engage with it across devices.
With innovation agency Adaptive Lab, I worked with Barclays, as strategic project lead, on a service design project focused on redefining the mortgage application process across multiple digital and physical touchpoints.
Partnering with the innovation team at Vodafone, I was the product lead that strategized, designed and delivered an iOT tracking device and integrated app targeted at urban cyclists.
When necessary I have helped agencies and clients by stepping into the role of strategic advisor. I helped digital agency KHWS win their first new piece of business in 3 years with Ask Italian. As well as being drafted in by branding agency Propaganda Live to develop a digital led brand refresh for their client Ebel.
In collaboration with Sapient Nitro, I took the lead in a digital transformation project for P&G's oral healthcare division. The output was a digital toolkit that was rolled out to developed and developing markets based on the level of oral healthcare knowledge and digital maturity.
LinkedIn Creative Labs
At LinkedIn I helped set-up an internal creative consultancy designed to help change agency and client perceptions on how LinkedIn could be used more creatively. I was able to consult and work with a range of automotive clients and their agencies across Europe.
